The ultimate add on strength for Oldsmobile blocks. When building a race engine I suggest filling the block to the bottom of the water pump holes and install the girdle with a set of our billet caps (S/B = DMR-5942 - B/B = DMR5943) for maximum strength.

These ultimate billet main bearing caps are built to specs for Dick Miller Racing and have features other caps don’t. Some of the features are:
1.) Caps are now flat to facilitate mounting main girdles.
2.) Caps are made .005" wider on each side so that the block may be machined to square the register or the cap.
3.) Up to .040" may be removed to allow for the main bore to be moved to the necessary location.
4.) Notches are machined into each side of the cap to allow lifting the cap from the saddle for easy removal of the cap on an assembled engine.
5.) Stud holes are spot faced perfectly flat for repeatable accurate torque readings using hardened washers.
6.) Anodized in a Black Oxide finish to maintain a rust free appearance.
7.) All Dick Miller Racing main caps can be identified because the company logo is laser etched into the bottom of the cap.
8.) No sharp edges strengthens the caps which are made from Free Max 45 billet steel material to be the strongest in the industry and then 100% machined on all surfaces.
9.) Billet main caps are superior in strength to a girdle that will further weaken an already weak block by the need to drill it with mounting holes.
New from Harland Sharp. Designed in conjunction with Harland Sharp, Bulldog Performance, and Dick Miller Racing. Variable shaft aluminum roller rockers for either Bulldog or Edelbrock aluminum heads. Have 7/16 studs and don't need guide plates or stud girdle. Available in straight or mixed 1.5, 1.6, 1.7, or 1.8 rocker ratios ($699.00). Designed stronger than other Oldsmobile shaft rockers to help eliminate adjuster cracking from over tightening and help eliminate flex at higher RPM. Will handle up to 700# open spring pressure. Pictured are the new offset version which also come in all the same sizes ($849.00).
New premium valve cover gaskets. The 3/16" gaskets are excellent sealing with the bottom side being cork and laminated to the top side which is silicone. Order #279076 along with #9300 gasket sealer for use on the valve cover side.
Now in stock on the shelf. New forged 350 (+.030-+.068) & 403 (+.030) & 425 (std - +.030 - +.060) flat top pistons by Diamond. 350 = 556 grams each. 425 = 597 grams each. 403 = 674 grams each. With .980x2.750 wrist pins @ 1.615 CD. Can be floated or pressed. Uses more popular 1/16x1/16x3/16 rings for less drag and more horsepower. 3.98 cc valve relief's good for .700 lift cams. Now in stock the new Edelbrock intake manifold for Oldsmobile 350 or 455 engines. This is a Victor air gap style intake and has shown increases over other non air gap style intakes. Effective RPM range 3500+. Will need additional hood clearance and will not fit under factory hoods.
New HEI high performance distributors by Davis Unified Ignitions.. 15 to 40 more horsepower. Simple 1 wire hookup. Includes 50,000 volt coil and Dyna-Module. Allows wider plug gaps. Upper and lower bushings for durability. No spark box needed. Will run up to 9000 RPM. Caps available in blue, red, black, yellow or clear. Mechanical advance only. Includes Instant Tuning Knob. Turn counter clockwise for advancing 1 degree per 1/2 turn. Turn clockwise for retarding timing 1 degree per 1/2 turn. Include a set of "LIVEWIRES" to deliver that spark to the plugs.

Designed in conjunction with Harland Sharp these Variable Shaft rockers for Oldsmobile engines 350 thru 455 using factory heads are much stronger and better designed than any others previously offered. The Variable Shaft allows for spreading the rockers for perfect alignment. The adjusters were designed with additional strength to help eliminate cracking from over tightening. 5/16" stud for bolt on applications and may use stock pushrods and valve covers. Will handle up to 300# open spring pressure and 625 lift. Also available for 3/8" bolt applications.

DMR 5065-3 = $375.00
Billet 3 piece aluminum Serpentine-belt pulley set to convert a standard V-belt system to the newer style Serpentine set-up. Will fit 1965-1990 Oldsmobile V-8 engines and will work with either long or short water pumps. Great for show application and will help eliminate throwing belts under high RPM applications. Comes with a black hard coat finish to prevent the belt from wearing the pulleys as can happen with normal aluminum pulley sets. Includes alternator, water pump, and crank pulleys. Same as DMR 5065-3 except includes power steering pulley and water pump pulley set up for "v" belt to drive air conditioning pulley.
DMR-5058 = $55.00
Exhaust flow plates. These plates will increase the flow on your cast iron production heads by up to 15 CFM by flattening out the floor from the short side radius to the exhaust. The plate bolts between the head and exhaust requiring two exhaust gaskets on each head. Final fitting into the runners will need to be done with hand tools to allow for the closest fit possible in the head being used.
We have just released our latest kit #DMR-5028-M-L for the 1979-1995 5.0L and 1996-Present 4.6L Mustangs. The tig welded chrome moly upper control arms are adjustable for setting pinion angle and chassis preload without removing any bolts. The tig welded chrome moly lower control arms are narrowed at the rear to allow use of DMR-5031 brackets, which let the user lower the rear of the lower control arm, permitting changes in the intersection point of the upper and lower control arms, causing the car to lift in the rear instead of squat, planting the rear tires harder than a car that squats in the rear. Also available for GM cars that are using a 9" Ford without no-hop bars.
